At DigitalWallArt, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are ready to work with you to find a solution. Please contact us immediately by email at support@digitalwallart.net with the following information:

  • Name
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Processing Refunds
We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return request. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Our return period is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Physical Prints
We are committed to replacing or refunding any defective or damaged prints. If you change your mind about a product, you can request a refund within 14 days, excluding shipping costs. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the returned items.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout and the item has been shipped, we will do our best to redirect the order at no additional cost. However, if additional costs are incurred, they will be charged to the customer.

Digital Downloads
We will replace or refund any defective or damaged digital print. A return is only possible if the digital file has not been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital products, these cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded if you simply change your mind.
